Managing director and co-founder ,Sean Dever is highly skilled professional who has been involved in the construction industry for 20 years. He has worked in both Ireland and UK and has a vast range of experience across the residential, leisure, civil engineering, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, education, industrial and hotel sectors. Over the course of his career, he has secured a host of major projects and also ensured their timely, on-budget delivery.
Sean oversees the estimating process for all projects bids and establishes standardised procedures, methods and processes for the estimating team.
With over 13 years’ industry experience, Gabriel is skilled in delivery of complex fast-paced projects within live environments bringing a huge amount of expertise to everything he works on.
Gabriel is passionate about meeting client expectations, and his track record for success has earned him a great deal of repeat business. He has led numerous projects for our blue-chip clients in the commercial, retail, infrastructure, life science and healthcare sectors, including Smyths Toys Superstores.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Stephen brings a wealth of construction experience to our team, having led and delivered major projects across multiple sectors, which he is responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from tendering through to completion. He has already delivered several large-scale complex developments.
Stephen is a meticulous Senior Quantity Surveyor who plans and documents every detail of each project he takes on.
